Key responsibilities:
*Conduct daily checks on client billing and industry charge data
*Communicate professionally with internal teams and clients
*Investigate energy data and review cases to identify variances
*Analyse faults and provide detailed reports
*Maintain effective and clear communication with clients
*Process information accurately using in-house systems


Skills and experience required:
*Graduate in Mathematics, IT, or a related discipline, or a young energy professional
*Advanced Excel skills are essential; SQL and database experience are desirable
*Must be energetic with the ability to sustain focus and concentration
*Strong problem-solving skills
*Capable of prioritising workload to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
*Proficient and professional in email communication
