Payroll Coordinator (12-month FTC Contract)
Location:Leatherhead (2-3 days in the office)
Salary:£30,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join a dynamic and growing team for a 12-month contract covering parental leave. The role offers the opportunity to work within a well-established, family-owned business in the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Payroll Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include:
*Processing weekly and monthly payrolls for over 4,000 employees
*Managing timesheets, benefit queries, and liaising with HR
*Ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance with deadlines
*Performing manual payroll calculations with a high level of attention to detail
Key Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
*Experience in high-volume payroll processing
*Proficiency in manual payroll calculations and Excel
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Experience with payroll systems, particularly iTrent, is essential
