As an Audit Manager, you’ll oversee a varied portfolio of clients, including a focus on the Not-for-Profit sector. You’ll manage audits, accounts preparation, and advisory work while mentoring staff and ensuring top-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities:
*Manage client relationships and provide timely, cost-effective advice.
*Plan, supervise, and finalise audits and accounts for corporate and NFP clients.
*Mentor and appraise junior staff, fostering team growth.
*Identify business opportunities and support partners on value-added projects.
*Monitor deadlines, manage WIP, and contribute to billing processes.
What You Need:
*ACA or ACCA qualified (FCA or FCCA desirable).
*4+ years post-qualification, with 3+ years managing staff in a practice environment.
*Strong technical knowledge in audit, accounts, and corporate tax, with excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities.
