Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and execute innovative procurement strategies that align with company objectives and enhance purchasing quality
*Oversee the full procurement cycle, securing the best contracts and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality
*Be the key point of contact for suppliers, ensuring high performance and nurturing long-term, effective relationships
*Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, inspiring others to achieve shared goals and driving collective success
What They’re Looking For:
*Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role
*In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management
*Exceptional negotiation skills to securing advantageous deals
*Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels
*Strong analytical thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions
*Proven leadership experience in developing and motivating a high-performing team
*Proactive and solution-focused, with a track record of overcoming challenges with creativity and resourcefulness
