Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Community Support Workers to work with children in the Warrington area. This role involves providing respite care and making a significant impact on the lives of children who need support.
Day-to-day of the role: *Assist children in everyday activities, ensuring they are safe and engaged.
*Provide respite care, giving families short-term relief from the demands of caregiving.
*Support the physical and emotional well-being of children through compassionate interaction and care.
*Help in managing the daily routines of children, which may include some aspects of personal care.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role in the UK.
*A compassionate and patient approach to care.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
*Ability to work flexibly and respond to the varying needs of children.
*Enhanced DBS check will be required.
