Job Description:
A great opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to join a leading building services on one of their high-profile critical contracts in Birmingham. Working for a market leader in building services maintenance, this offers the successful engineer a great chance to work on a prestigious site as part of a stable maintenance team, with all the opportunities of personal training and development.
The role will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site, being part of the engineering team. Working on a Monday to Friday shift pattern, the maintenance engineer should be Electrically biased, holding City and Guild / NVQ qualifications and have at least 3 years experience in the maintenance sector.

Duties
*PPMs & Reactive maintenance
*Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation
*Organising subcontractors
*Quotations
*Health & Safety
*Logbooks
*Risk assessments
*Permits to work
Requirements
*City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations
*Career driven and motivated
*Polite and personable
Salary and Benefits
*£38,000 - £40,000 per annum
*HV training offered - £2500 per annum once HVAP status obtained
*Monday to Friday 0600-1500, 0800-1700, 1300-2200
*25 days holiday
