Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance and Installation Electrician to join a small yet highly reputable company operating in the commercial sector. With a focus on delivering top-notch fault finding, maintenance, repair, and testing services, our client has built a strong presence in London and surrounding counties.
Responsibilities:
*Perform maintenance, repair, and installation tasks at various commercial buildings across London
*Undertake planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and respond promptly to reactive maintenance callouts.
*Conduct surveys and provide quotes for remedial works as necessary.
*Carry out installation projects efficiently and to a high standard.
*Perform testing and inspection tasks, including Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
*Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork using designated software.
*Provide guidance and oversight to junior engineers when required.
*Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
*Communicate professionally with contractors and clients, representing the company positively at all times.
Package:
*£45,000 - £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
*Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
*Door to Door Travel Paid
*Overtime readily available
*Company-provided van, fuel card, phone, and laptop.
*Generous holiday allowance of 25 days plus bank holidays.

Essential Requirements:
*JIB Gold Card holder.
*2391 qualification or equivalent.
*City & Guilds 2330 Level 3 or equivalent.
*NVQ Level 3 and completion of AM2.
*Proficiency with the 18th Edition wiring regulations.
*Full clean driving license.
*Proven experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair within commercial settings.
*Strong testing, inspection, and fault-finding skills.
*Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
*Willingness to travel extensively across London and surrounding counties.
*Professional demeanour with excellent communication skills.
*Solution-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and punctuality.
