Veritas Education is seeking an exceptional Maths and PSHE Teacher to join our partner school, a mainstream secondary school in the Harrogate area. This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on students’ educational journeys and personal development.
Key Responsibilities *Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Maths and PSHE lessons in line with the national curriculum.
*Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to thrive academically and personally.
*Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing constructive feedback to promote their growth.
*Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the wider school community and support school initiatives.
*Uphold high standards of safeguarding and student welfare in accordance with school policies.
Requirements *Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
*Proven experience teaching Maths and/or PSHE at the secondary school level.
*Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
*Excellent classroom management skills.
*A commitment to fostering students’ academic success and personal development.
