If you have experience valuing & listing properties for sale in London, This is an exciting opportunity to value and instruct properties for sale, in one of London’s most sought after locations. You will be working alongside experts in all areas of the property industry, who are passionate about their teams, inspire success and drive innovation across our company. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver the highest level of service to all clients & set the standards for the rest of the team
• Develop, motivate and train members of the team
• Increase market share & support business development objectives and continued growth in revenue
• Conduct quality valuations and win instructions for sale
• Working closely with senior management on high profile instructions and clients
• Regular contact with landlord and tenants
