The Role

Key Responsibilities
*Oversee all hospitality operations, including the bar, restaurant, and events.
*Lead and manage the hospitality team, ensuring excellent service and staff development.
*Develop menus, promotions, and offerings in collaboration with the kitchen team.
*Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximise profitability.
*Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
*Build strong relationships with customers and guests, addressing feedback professionally.
*Plan and execute events and private functions.
About You
*Proven experience in hospitality management.
*A natural leader with strong organisational and people management skills.
*Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
*Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and cost controls.
*Knowledge of food safety and licensing regulations.
*Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak times to meet business needs.
