Your new job will be working for a global leader in commercial real estate services. They provide a wide range of services to real estate owners, investors, and occupiers. Their offerings span various sectors of real estate, including office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties.
Your new role
*Provide efficient and courteous support to clients, ensuring a strong focus on customer service.
*Conduct ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on facilities.
*Assist with the installation, modification, and upgrading of building equipment and systems.
*Inspect new or existing installations to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
*Support engineering staff in various tasks as needed.
*Address routine inquiries or complaints from clients, colleagues, and supervisors in a professional manner.
*Take steps to ensure that all systems are operating at peak efficiency.
*Solve basic problems using established procedures, with limited discretion to make independent decisions.
*Perform tasks with clear responsibilities, following defined methods and detailed instructions.
*Deliver work output by adhering to set procedures and processes, with close supervision and guidance.
What you’ll need to succeed
*High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma, along with 1-2 years of relevant work experience. Alternatively, a combination of education and experience will be considered in place of a diploma. A valid driver’s license is required.
*Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting or carrying heavy items weighing 50 lbs. or more.
*Ability to adhere to established work routines and standards in completing tasks.
*Strong communication skills for exchanging clear and straightforward information.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and others.
*Excellent organizational skills with a proactive, curious mindset.
