Job Description:
*B2B Account Manager role, growing and maintaining existing business customers

*An exciting opportunity to structure a new role within a long-established business
Duties include:
*Researching and identifying business opportunities
*Selling products and services to new existing business customers through various methods, developing relationships and setting up meetings
*Looking after an established base of clients, growing relationships and levels of business year on year
*Being the first port of contact for incoming enquiries
*Speaking with key contacts within businesses over the telephone and forming new contacts within those accounts
*Networking via social media and events, including attending exhibitions
*Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities and service improvements
*Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
*Working with internal teams to assist with projects and key clients
*Preparing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information
*Logging information on various systems
You will need:
*Recent account management experience and success within a sales-orientated role; ability to build relationships and make a positive impact
*A proven track record of account growth; managing your own portfolio of clients
*Experience of researching and developing new business
*Creative thinking, excellent presentation and negotiation skills
*Ability to speak with key contacts, gaining increased business levels
*Experience of driving an account management programme
*Excellent telephone manner, excellent communication skills
*Drive and determination to succeed; a passion for sales and relationship-building in a fast-paced environment
