Job Description:
Are you an organised and driven professional with a knack for supporting dynamic sales teams?
Our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier across the UK and Europe, is growing rapidly and is on the lookout for a talented Sales Administrator to join their expanding team to support their sales operations.
In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure seamless sales operations by managing administrative tasks with precision and contribute to an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
*Efficiently process quotes and handle enquiries
*Collaborate with Account Managers to address customer needs promptly
*Maintain and update internal systems, ensuring real-time accuracy
*Track and manage quotes, following up with relevant team members
*Coordinate field-based Account Managers’ diaries
*Provide creative solutions to challenges with a problem-solving mindset
*Take full ownership of tasks from initiation to completion
Experience:
*Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative role
*A calm, professional approach when working under pressure
*Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to process accuracy
*Have a flair for problem-solving to provide innovative solutions
*A proactive team player with a solutions-oriented attitude
