Our client, a fantastic primary school in north Essex, is seeking a passionate and skilled teacher to join their team from January 2025 for the remainder of the school year, with the possibility of a permanent role thereafter.
This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are eager to make a real difference in the lives of children. The school is committed to providing a high-quality, nurturing environment for both staff and students, and they are looking for a teacher who is motivated, creative, and ready to inspire young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements.
*Create an inclusive and supportive classroom where every child can thrive.
*Foster a positive and motivating environment where students feel confident to explore and learn.
*Work closely with colleagues and engage with parents to enhance the learning experience.
*Track and monitor student progress, offering feedback to support development.
*Take part in regular professional development to further your teaching skills.
What We’re Looking For:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
*A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
*Strong classroom management skills and a passion for making learning exciting and engaging.
*The ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
*A commitment to the well-being and success of all students.
