Job Description:
This Head of HR role is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to deliver strategic HR initiatives within the industrial sector.
Client Details
Our client is a well-established company in the industrial sector, with over 2,000 employees globally. This role will oversee the People function for the UK, supporting 650 employees across 4 sites. You will manage a team of individuals and implement company strategy within your region. This is a hybrid role, requiring occasional UK wide travel.
Description
The Head of HR will:
*Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Human Resources department.
*Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals.
*Implement and oversee HR policies and procedures.
*Lead on change management initiatives.
*Build strong relationships with senior leadership.
Profile
A successful Head of HR should have:
*Proven experience in a similar role within a global business.
*Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
*Excellent knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
*Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Job Offer
*An attractive salary in the range of £75,000 - £85,000 per annum.
*A generous holiday allowance of 25 days plus bank holidays.
