Five years payments experience to include Faster payments, CHAPs, BACs, SEPA and SWIFT, experience of PSD2 and transfer of funds regulations.
In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of Payments specialists, ensure colleagues work within and adhere to the bank’s policies.
To provide exceptional customer service and ensure a streamlined service for the customer.
Drive Payment Operations forward for the bank, payment scheme rules, particularly Faster Payments, CHAPs, BACs SEPA and SWIFT
This is a hybrid role, you will be expected in the London office at least twice a week
