Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Productivity Performance Manager focused on influencing productivity professionals, without direct personnel management responsibilities, and acting as an internal expert on productivity tools and processes. You will be responsible for creating and managing tools to track, manage, and report on productivity activities, while performing cost analysis and supporting ad-hoc projects such as business case development.

Description
*Serve as the Powersteering productivity reporting tool Super-user for the UK & Ireland, providing training and best practice transfer to the productivity community.
*Ensure adherence to guidelines and governance regarding documentation and financial reporting of productivity initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met.
*Manage productivity data and create dashboards to visualise performance and track the effectiveness of productivity programs.
*Develop tools to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and manage the portfolio of productivity opportunities.
*Collaborate with the Associate Director, Finance, and business unit heads in the annual productivity planning and progress tracking.
*Conduct investigations and audits of cost stacks and other KPIs to identify areas for operational improvement.
*Support benchmarking activities and conduct ad-hoc financial and KPI analysis to support the productivity agenda.
Profile
*Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to make informed conclusions.
*Comfortable using MS Office and other IT platforms, with a willingness to learn new tools to optimise and automate processes.
*Tableau, Power BI analytics experience interpreting manufacturing data
*Ability to work in an agile manner, adapting to change and uncertainty.
*Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external contractors.
*Proven experience in influencing others and working collaboratively.
