Project Manager (Fluent French-speaker required)
Location: UK, home-based with travel to national locations
Salary: Up to £60,000
Our client is a private equity back firm building a global services platform and are seeking a Project Manager. The role involves managing multiple post-merger integration projects, ensuring seamless integration of newly acquired businesses.
Responsibilities:
*Post-Acquisition Communications: Deliver the initial 30-day communications plan.
*Policy Integration: Update and communicate group policies to new businesses.
*Documentation: Document current processes and system usage.
*Vendor Management: Oversee third-party vendors to meet project scope, cost, and timelines.
*Deployment Planning: Create plans for system integration, managing communications, downtime, and go-live activities.
*Project Plan Review: Keep project plans up-to-date.
*Risk and Issue Management: Escalate and manage risks and issues.
*Training Coordination: Organize training sessions for successful system integration.
*Data Handling: Process system and people data for project success.
*Materials Development: Assist in developing communications, training materials, and notices.
*Issue Log Management: Ensure timely responses and successful go-lives.
*Functional Project Management: Manage integration projects across Finance, IT, HR, and Operations.
*Reporting: Deliver project and programme level reports.
*Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
Essential:
*Fluent French-speaker
*Minimum of three years in project delivery roles.
*Formal project management qualification (e.g., APM or Prince 2).
*Good understanding of risk and issue management.
*Experienced in creating and updating project plans, managing multiple projects.
*Self-motivated and able to work independently.
*Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*Confident in managing stakeholders and third-party vendors.
*Strong can-do attitude in fast-paced environments.
*Willing to travel nationally and internationally.
*Full driving licence and own car.
Desirable:
*Experience with business integration projects.
*Experience with Monday.com, including dashboards, automations, and reporting.
