Job Title: Property Administrator
Location: Hove - parking available or close to transport links
Hours: 9am - 4pm, Monday - Friday
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000

About your new role:
*Prepare and manage tenancy agreements, renewals, and legal notices to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
*Maintain accurate and organised property records while handling tenant-related updates and notices.
*Advertise properties by creating listings, monitoring their progress and managing the letting process effectively.
*Conduct Right to Rent checks and oversee deposit compliance to meet all legal and regulatory requirements.
*Handle utility payments, ensuring bills are paid on time and provide administrative support to the team for day-to-day operations.
About you:
*Previous experience in property and administration.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Excellent organisational and time management abilities
*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
*Attention to detail and ability to multitask
*Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
