Job Description:
New year, new job...? This role would suit an experienced Administrator who has experience in managing contracts, agreements, suppliers, vendors, etc.

What’s it all about?

You’ll be part of the procurement team, and responsible for managing large databases of contractual documents, ensuring compliance, regularly auditing files to ensure their integrity.

The role involves onboarding/offboarding of commercial properties as part of a large portfolio, so experience working in the property industry would be really useful here.

Here’s the important stuff:

Location: this is a Hybrid role, 3 days per week in the Birmingham office and 2 days working from home
Salary: up to £30,000 depending on your skills and experience

Excellent I.T skills are important here as you’ll be switching between various systems, arranging electronic signatures on documents, and liaising with stakeholders by email.
