Part Time Bookkeeper, 20-25 hpw, Camberley, 30-40k pro-rata DOE with hybrid*
Join this dynamic and growing consultancy business, dedicated to providing it’s clients with first class services and innovative solutions. Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to help maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
This is a permanent part-time role, candidates will need to commit to working c25 hours a week ideally split across 5 days (although other options may be considered).
Day-to-day duties:
*Role includes all aspects of bookkeeping including accounts payable and receivable, low pressure credit control and bank reconciliations.
*Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
*Assist with VAT returns and other statutory filings.
*Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports.
*Liaise with clients and suppliers to resolve any financial queries.
*Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
About you:
*Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar all-round accounting role.
*Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Sage, QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office.
*Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
*Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
*Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance (AAT etc) would be beneficial.
