Job Description:
This role is for an Interim Director of Property & Estates who is experienced in the Not For Profit sector. The successful candidate will be overseeing the Property department and be responsible for streamlining the property and estates management process.

*Overseeing the management and strategic development of the property and estates portfolio
*Leading the Property department and ensuring effective communication across the organisation
*Implementing policies and procedures related to property and estates management
*Ensuring all properties meet regulatory standards and requirements
*Collaborating with external stakeholders and partners
*Managing property-related budgets and financial plans
*Leading property acquisition and disposal processes when required
*Providing expert advice and guidance on property and estates matters to the Board
*Implementing new Asset Strategy Programme
Profile
A successful Interim Director of Property & Estate’s should have:
*A degree in Property Management, Business Administration or a related field
*Extensive experience in property and estates management, particularly in the Not For Profit sector
*Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a large team
*Strong knowledge of property regulations and standards
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*A strategic mindset and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
