We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, User Experience I to join our User Experience, Loans Enablement platform . This role is located in Manchester, UK and will be working in a hybrid capacity. (3 days a week in the office).
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: *Performs and leads moderate to complex user experience activities that include user research and testing, interactive design, and visual design. May allocate/coordinate work within a team/project.
*Conducts and/or leads user research, usability testing, surveys, interviews, work studies, and heuristic evaluations. Presents and may review documentation of research findings with product and development teams.
*Creates concepts, information architecture, user interface designs, wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and specifications.
*Participates in the implementation of more complex visual styles that support platform branding to increase user effectiveness.
*Contributes to the product definition and evaluation process utilizing multiple sources of information (field work, interviews, internet, intranet, market data/literature); interprets user feedback and insights to improve the user experience.
*Creates and updates user interface and visual design guidelines and standards; may assist in the maintenance of some as assigned.
*Provides UX training for groups outside the User Experience team.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: *Bachelor’s degree in psychology, user experience, design, human computer interaction or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred
*Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
