Role Overview
This role will be responsible for the assisting with the delivery of both Business As Usual (BAU) activities and project-related work. In particular, this role requires the successful candidate to assist with the execution of client and operational data stewardship responsibilities on a daily basis.
Role Responsibilities
*Execution of Client and Operational Data stewardship responsibilities on a daily basis, including:
*Maintaining high quality, clean data by adhering to a strict governance and controls framework
*Ownership and responsibility for the maintenance and change management of allocated individual system’s data by the Team Manager.
*Maintenance of Legal Entity records within the firm’s client databases
*Ensure data management compliance within the relevant regulatory framework
*Assisting with Data integration projects
*To support the Team Manager and wider team colleagues with various change initiatives and process enhancements.
*Where delegated responsibility by the Team Manager; to act as a liaison to, and provide support for, any internal or external audits.
Experience / Competences
Essential
*Must be either year 1 or year 2 within university.
*Demonstrates excellent attention to detail, possesses high organisation skills & a proactive approach
*Demonstrates strong analytical ability and problem solving skills
*Demonstrates the ability to work effectively in a high pressure environment
*Highly effective written & oral communication skills; adapts communication style to suit audience
*Shows evidence of being comfortable working in fast paced or pressured environments
*Knowledge in Microsoft applications software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Desired
*Knowledge of financial markets
*Previous experience in a similar organisation
