*Leading finance team, tax, treasury, regulatory reporting activities
*Accurate close activities and reporting
*Good knowledge of US GAAP, UK GAAP, and a broad technical understanding
*Leading internal and external audit processes
*Overview of all tax activities, including indirect and direct taxes
*Lead all treasury management
*Statutory accounts process
*Plant accounting: handle all product costing and inventory, with the ability to manage and oversee it effectively
*Someone who can get into the details and is capable of doing so if needed
