Description
*Ensure the proper use of machinery, equipment and assembly lines within a production area.
*Assist management allocating, coordinating and overseeing shift plans are followed and production KPI’s are on track
*Lead and manage the engineering and manufacturing team
*Implement safety and quality control measures
*Drive continuous improvement initiatives
*Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
*Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity
*Provide technical support and guidance to the team
*Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
*Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
Profile
A successful Team Leader should have:
*Proven experience in a team leadership role within the manufacturing industry
*Mechanical assembly experience and electrical knowledge
*Strong knowledge of safety and quality control measures
*Excellent communication and team management skills
*Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Job Offer
*£32,000 per annum
*Working hours - 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday
*5% Bonus
*Overtime - 1.5 x Mon to Sat and 2 x Sun
