Job Description:
To ensure the maintenance and repairs of social housing stock across Yorkshire.

Description
*Conducting comprehensive site surveys for construction projects
*Preparing and presenting detailed survey reports
*Working closely with the construction team to ensure project success
*Participating in team meetings and contributing valuable insights
*Assisting in the drafting of construction plans
*Regularly communicating with stakeholders regarding project progress
*Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations on site
*Managing project documentation and records
Profile
* A successful Specialist Surveyor should have:
*A qualification in Surveying or a related field (ideal)
*Proficient knowledge of social Housing and it’s challenges
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*Ability to work well in a team
*Excellent problem-solving capabilities
*Capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
*Solid IT skills
