Job Description:
This small and dynamic healthcare charity is looking to recruit a resourceful Events and Engagement Administrator to contribute key administrative support to their programme of informative and engaging education-related events and activities, including responsibility for updating events information on their website.
Key Responsibilities of the Events and Engagement Administrator role:
*Oversee the administration of a number of educational events - checking online bookings, setting up new events on the booking system, and responding to any enquiries, including refund requests.
*Coordinate online webinars, including arranging content and undertaking speaker liaison.
*Produce website statistics and reports using CRM system.
*Communicate details of events and related resources to attendees via the organisation’s website.
*Attend in-person events, providing on-site support to delegates and attendees.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
*Educated to degree-level or with equivalent professional experience.
*Proven experience of working in a fast-moving customer-facing administrative environment.
*Events or project-related experience, including communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and prioritising competing demands.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Familiarity with use of a CRM database.
Salary and Information:
*c£31,750 to c£36,000 per annum.
*Full time, permanent position.
*Office in Central London with provision for remote working, except for key events and meetings.
