Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales & Business Development professional to join our client, a global provider of corporate housing solutions.
This position is based remotely in the UK with travel into London and across EMEA.

Key Duties:
*Manage the end to end sales process from sourcing leads, arranging meetings, and signing new clients
*Sell corporate housing solutions directly to clients
*Identify opportunities to develop new business and increase revenue
*Participate in marketing efforts
*Driving sales initiatives and implementing sales strategies
*Answer client questions and manage negotiations
*Achieve set targets

Key Requirements:
*Extensive Sales & Business Development experience in the relocation, corporate housing/serviced apartment industries is required
*Experience selling global mobility, relocation services or corporate housing services is essential
*Must have experience selling directly to corporates and have active relationships with corporate clients
*Fantastic communication and negotiation skills
*Driven and motivated sales professional
