Position Overview
The Employment Partner/Director will play a key role in driving the growth and development of the employment team, leveraging their expertise and network to attract new clients and expand the frm’s reach in the market.
Responsibilities
*Provide expert legal advice on complex employment matters
*Develop and maintain strong client relationships
*Contribute to the team’s business development efforts
*Mentor and guide junior team members
*Collaborate with colleagues across the firm
Requirements
*Qualifed solicitor with signifcant employment law experience
*Proven track record of success in a similar role
*Strong client following and/or referral network
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Commitment to delivering high-quality client service
*Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to drive growth
