Location: West Sussex

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Secondary School Supply Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that students are engaged in meaningful learning activities and maintaining a safe and positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
*Ensure that students are engaged in meaningful learning activities
*Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
*Manage student behavior effectively
*Uphold school policies and standards
Person Specification:
*Excellent communication skills
*Strong interpersonal skills
*Ability to manage student behavior effectively
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Experience working with young people in an educational setting
*A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential
*QTS and a good knowledge of your subject but flexibility to cover as required
Please note, you must have right to work and a clear DBS for this position.
We require our team to be available at least 3 days per week.
