The Role
To undertake all aspects of Painting and Decorating in commercial and domestic properties to a high-quality standard in accordance with appropriate safety regulations. Carry out multi-skilled repairs as necessary.
Candidates
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Property Services team for a Multi Skilled Painter & Decorator and for the right person we offer a 35-hour week, competitive salary, excellent contributory pension scheme, and 25 days holiday increasing to 30 days.
Required:
* NVQ level 2
* proven experience within a similar role.
* must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Demonstrate attention to detail and a customer focused approach to deliver a high level of service.
* A full valid driving licence
