Job Description:
Description Job Purpose:Responsibility for the Company’s Brand and its visibility across all channels, targeting Parents and Employees. To provide outstanding customer service and growth. Leading the upskilling of Nursery managers in all areas of Commercial excellence and customer service. Budget responsibility for Media and Events. 


Key Responsibilities Responsibilities:
Occupancy growth and Business strategy
Collaborating with all managers across the company
·       Agree the brand strategy and values, ensuring suitability across all channels
·       Regular Nursery visits to agree strategic growth objectives and their delivery
*Promote a culture of customerexcellence – continuously identifying opportunities for improvement 
*Work onsite with managers to improve understanding of gaps and opportunities for growth
CRM and reporting
·       Take responsibility for all growth data on FAMLY in conjunction with Nursery Managers
·       Report by Nursery on enquiries, show rounds and registrations
·       Report by Nursery on advertising activity
·       Support Managers to maximise waiting list opportunities
Customer journey (Employee and Parent)
·       Ensure every enquiry follows the correct process
·       Work with the Talent partner to ensure potential employee messaging is in line with Brand vision and values
·       Continual review of process to ensure effective and efficient
·       Understand why customers who have not registered, go elsewhere
Managers Commercial excellence
*Deliver growth training to all mangers and deputies ensuring a quality experience for the Parents
*Support all managers to exceed budgeted occupancy
*Build and coach individual managers to gain credible registrations that can be served
*Carry out occupancy growth induction for all managers
Digital / print design and deployment on all media
·       Agree an Advertising strategy and vision that complements each Nursery
·       Ensure all web and digital activity is consistent and designed accordingly
·       Take responsibility for all Events including open days
·       Agree schedule for above events – 4 Saturdays per year 
Reporting
*Provide the COO with a weekly update with all agreed KPI’s (Enquiries and Conversion rates) 
*Nursery waiting list ratification
*Provide a Monthly Board update with all agreed KPI’s (Enquiries and Conversion rates and waiting lists)
*Meet on a weekly basis with COO to knowledge / performance share
