Recruit UK are working with a boutique financial planning firm in South Birmingham to bring on an IFA Administrator to join their growing team. This role will include providing general administrative support one of the Financial Planner’s, assisting with telephone duties, inbox management, diary management, new business processing, annual review processing, withdrawal letter writing, client servicing and much more.

Requirements:
*Previous experience as an IFA Administrator in a Wealth Management company
*Ideally 3+ years’ IFA Administration experience
*Great attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills
*Ability to work independently and as a team
*Strong interest in Financial Planning and desire to learn
