Our client is a respected boutique Wealth Management company that invests on behalf of private clients and focussing on their Wealth Planning/Financial Planning needs.
The role
The Financial Planning Executive will confidently provide administration and technical support to different areas of the Financial Planning Team within the Wealth Management company.
This will include preparing quotes and illustrations for Financial Planning clients, as well as preparing client Financial Planning valuations.
The Financial Planning Executive will assess the suitability of a client’s risk profile, identifying any contradicting information on file if appropriate, and presenting this back to the Financial Planning desk.
The Financial Planning Executive will thoroughly assess the suitability of the client’s risk profile and analyse existing contracts, identifying any incorrect information and informing the desk, reviewing all external suitability reports.
The Financial Planning Executive when required will triage advice as a line of defence, identifying where advice may not be appropriate or when further details are required on file.
The Financial Planning Executive is to prepare client letters and proposals offering advice as well as recommendations, financial planning and cashflow reports and research documentation and any other Financial Planning administrative and technical support when required by the team.
The Candidate
2-3 years experience in a Wealth Planning / Financial Planning support role.
CII Certificate in Financial Planning, or similar suitable Level 3 qualification.
Longer term - Working towards/obtained CII Diploma in Financial Planning.
Experience of a financial planning administration role.
Solid foundation of technical knowledge across the financial planning advice sphere.
