Requirements
*2-5 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner).
*Proven experience managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish.
*Strong knowledge of sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions.
*Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
*Excellent communication and client care skills.
*Organised and able to manage deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
*Handling a full caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfer of equity.
*Managing transactions from instruction through to post-completion, ensuring a smooth process for clients.
*Conducting title checks, drafting and negotiating contracts, and resolving complex queries.
*Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
*Providing clear, timely, and professional advice to clients throughout the process.
*Liaising with lenders, estate agents, and other solicitors as required.
