Role: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Coventry
Salary: Circa £54k
Hours: 4 on 4 off (Days and Nights)

Key Responsibilities of a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
*Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on advanced machinery.
*Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults to minimize downtime.
*Collaborate with the production team to maintain line efficiency and performance.
*Implement improvements to enhance machine reliability and efficiency.
*Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety standards.
*Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and support engineering projects when required.
Successful Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will be:
*A qualified Multi-Skilled Engineer with both mechanical and electrical expertise.
*Experience working within an FMCG or manufacturing environment is essential.
*Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills with advanced machinery.
*Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent).
*A proactive approach to maintenance with a focus on continuous improvement.
