Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor Consultant to provide strategic legal guidance and consultancy services. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in employment law whilst maintaining flexible working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert legal consultancy on complex employment law matters
• Develop comprehensive employment law strategies for diverse client portfolios
• Conduct in-depth legal assessments and risk management analyses
• Draft and review sophisticated employment contracts and workplace policies
• Deliver tailored legal advice to corporate and individual clients
• Prepare detailed legal documentation and compliance reports
• Advise on workplace discrimination, contractual disputes, and tribunal proceedings
• Conduct thorough legal research on emerging employment legislation
• Support client negotiations and dispute resolution processes
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records
Essential Qualifications:
• Fully qualified Solicitor with current practising certificate
• Specialisation in Employment Law
• Minimum 5-7 years’ post-qualification experience
• Extensive knowledge of UK employment legislation
• Advanced legal research and analytical skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities
• Proven track record of successful client representation
