You will have the opportunity to lead a diverse Residential Property Team and play a pivotal role in the firm’s long-term growth strategy.
Duties include:
*Heading up the Residential Property Team, assisting with more complex issues and contributing to the growth of the department
*Managing a caseload of Residential Property matters on a day-to-day basis
*Contributing heavily to business development efforts, offering growth in existing markets and exploring growth channels in new markets
The successful candidate will have/be:
*8+ years PQE
*Strong experience managing a Residential Property Team
*Networking expertise with the ability to secure new business for the firm
*Experience managing a caseload day-to-day
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Package:
*Highly competitive salary available upon request
