Job Description:
Are you a seasoned programme management professional ready to lead transformational initiatives in a global retail environment? Join Holland & Barrett as a Senior Programme Manager (GSC) and drive impactful change across our Global Supply Chain operations.
The Role
Key Responsibilities
*Programme Delivery: *Ensure the successful delivery of complex programmes and projects, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
*Ensure alignment with organisational goals and strategic outcomes, including KPIs and benefits realisation.

*Strategic Planning: *Manage integrated programme plans, ensuring alignment between Tech and business roadmaps.
*Govern critical milestones, risks, and dependencies to achieve seamless execution.

*Stakeholder Engagement: *Collaborate with senior leadership teams, initiative owners, and Finance to drive programme success.
*Deliver clear, high-impact communications on scope, timelines, budgets, and progress.

*Governance and Reporting: *Facilitate programme-level governance, including steering committee and executive engagements.
*Prepare comprehensive executive reports to support decision-making at all levels.

*Leadership and Development: *Mentor and guide Programme and Project Managers, within the Change & Delivery Office, fostering a culture of excellence.
*Champion collaboration across functions, technology, and finance to promote accountability and teamwork.

*Change Management: *Partner with Supply Chain Transformation and other cross-functional teams to implement plans that support programme adoption and success.

The Person
Key Requirements
*Solid understanding of global supply chain operations, including logistics, manufacturing, and inventory management.
*Proficiency in programme management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Lean) and tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira).
*Knowledge of digital transformation methodologies, especially within supply chain and operations.
*Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver large-scale transformation programmes.
*Strong leadership skills to inspire, guide, and develop cross-functional teams.
*Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
*Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation programmes within global supply chains.
*Experience in a fast-paced retail environment, managing the demands of supply chain agility.
*Expertise in leading cross-functional teams across geographies and functions.
*Proven ability to manage complex projects with significant dependencies, budgets, and deadlines.
*Strong experience in executive stakeholder engagement and strategic alignment.
