Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

*Program and operate CMM machines utilising PC-DMIS software.
*Perform accurate inspections of complex components for various industries.
*Ensure calibration and measurement processes align with UKAS and customer standards.
*Collaborate closely with quality and engineering teams to guarantee product conformance and inspection accuracy.
*Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimise CMM equipment to ensure peak performance.
*Bonus: Experience with Faro Arm and Laser Scanning technologies is highly advantageous.
About you

*Proven experience as a CMM Programmer with proficiency in PC-DMIS software.
*Strong knowledge of GD&T and dimensional inspection techniques.
*Prior experience in a UKAS-accredited environment is preferred.
*Familiarity with industries such as military, aerospace, oil & gas, rail, medical, space, and engineering.
