Senior Account Executive Responsibilities:
*Client Portfolio: Manage a portfolio of large, multinational clients, ensuring their risk needs are met.
*Strategy & Development: Collaborate with your team to create and implement renewal and placement strategies.
*Business Development: Work alongside colleagues to win new business and project opportunities.
*Client Relationships: Be the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day service needs and fostering long-term relationships.
*Teamwork: Collaborate with your colleagues to deliver top-tier risk management solutions and stay informed about market trends.
The Ideal Senior Account Executive:
*Experience: Proven background in the commercial insurance space with structured and steady progression with consistent client facing responsibilities.
*Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
*Qualifications: ACII or equivalent qualification preferred.
*Resilience: Ability to stay calm under pressure and work flexibly when required.
