Space 8 Recruitment are thrilled to be supporting this Birmingham-based company to recruit a HR Assistant on a 12 month contract.  This role is hybrid.

The Role:


*Supporting recruitment (liaison with agencies, managing the agency relationship, attending interviews) 
*Onboarding including all paperwork and entitlement to work checks 
*Supporting with inductions
*Supporting with disciplinaries 
*Supporting with training and development 
*Administering the benefits scheme 
*Often being the first point of contact for employees and resolving all queries

What are they looking for? 

You must already have experience within an HR role.
