A multi-award winning TV production company are looking for a Head of Finance to lead the day-to-day finance function. Supporting a team of five, this opportunity will give you ’free reign’ over the entire Finance department. The business have been growing organically over the years and are now preparing to acquire two new businesses within the next few months.
What you will be doing:
*Manage a team of five; providing training, and assist with their development
*Responsible for preparing the annual, quarterly and monthly statutory and management accounts
*Review management reports and present to internal and external stakeholders
*Business partner with the marketing, sales and M&A departments to assist with budget and forecast preparation as well as acquisitions
*Prepare long term business plans including 5 year models
What we are looking for:
*Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
*Audit background preferred
*Experience in the media/TV space desirable
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel
