Production Supervisor Role and Responsibilities:
*Oversee the daily production operations for security shutters, grilles, and roller shutters
*Manage and supervise a team of production staff to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes.
*Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining product quality standards.
*Implement and maintain safety protocols in the manufacturing environment to ensure a safe workplace.
*Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
*Troubleshoot production issues and resolve any challenges that may arise during the manufacturing process.
*Collaborate with other departments, including engineering and logistics, to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.
*Maintain accurate records of production output, materials used, and any issues encountered.
*Train, motivate, and develop production team members, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
*Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the production facility.
*Contribute to the ongoing improvement of production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Production Supervisor Skills and Experience:
*Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment
*Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and metal fabrication techniques
*Experience in managing and leading a team, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
*Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
*Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
*Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
*Experience with production scheduling and managing workflow to ensure efficient operations.
*Ability to train, develop, and motivate a team to achieve high performance.
