This role seeks a proficient UK Tax Specialist, who will be responsible for managing all aspects of tax planning and compliance. The chosen candidate will utilise their expertise in the Life Science industry, within the Accounting & Finance department.

Description
*Ensure tax compliance and reporting, including the preparation of UK tax returns.
*Manage tax planning and strategy development.
*Prepare and review tax forecasts and budgets.
*Ensure accurate tax accounting and reporting in line with UK GAAP and IFRS.
*Coordinate with external tax advisers and auditors.
*Identify and mitigate tax risks and opportunities.
*Provide tax support on business transactions and projects.
*Ensure continuous improvement of tax processes and controls.
Profile
A successful ’UK Tax Specialist’ should have:
*A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
*Professional tax qualification (CTA, ATT or equivalent).
*Strong knowledge of UK tax legislation and GAAP/IFRS.
*Experience in tax compliance and planning.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
