Job Description:
Responsibilities: • Shape and lead the marketing digital marketing analytics strategy at global level across measurement approach, KPIs, metrics, tagging and reporting, aligned to business strategy and vision • Create and maintain dashboards and data visualizations on Power BI and drive standardization and automation of marketing report • Manage Asset Management business tag management and tagging strategy ensuring campaign activity is tagged across all channels for appropriate reporting and insights • Implement A/B tests and personalization initiatives using Adobe Target and Audience Manager • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills to drive development to a data-led organization Requirements: • Experience with either Python or SQL for data transformation • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, DataStudio, etc.) to transform data and insights into visuals (graphs, charts) that can clearly address and articulate the business needs • Experience with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) • Experience with web tagging and CDP platforms (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager, tracking pixel, etc.) • Experience with AB tests platforms (Google Optimize, Adobe Target, etc.) • Strong project management skills and experience in leading projects in an international organization This role is advertised via Hays Talent Solutions
