Job Description:
Telesales Advisor
One of the country’s leading insurance companies have a new exciting sales role.
*£23,500/annum
*Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00 with one hour for lunch - 35 hours a week
*Free parking
*26 days annual leave plus bank holiday
*Birthday day off in addition to annual leave
*Option to buy/sell 5 days holiday per year
*Health Cash Plan
The job
Working to realistic telephone sales targets, the successful person will enjoy developing sales opportunities from the current pipeline of small commercial prospects:
*Involving outbound calls to existing and potential clients, obtaining general insurance renewal dates and new quotations to pass to the sales team to quote
*Delivering the highest level of customer service
*Working on the CRM, update records for every customer conversation and contact, ensuring all notes are captured clearly, accurately and timely
The Person
*Confident communicator with previous sales/customer service experience
*Good MS Office key boards skills with CRM experience
*Persuasive and credible team player
*Good written and spoken English
Own transport & full UK driving licence.
