About the Role: As a Chef de Partie, you’ll be an integral part of our culinary team, delivering exceptional meals for corporate staff. Working in a fast-paced kitchen, you’ll contribute to preparing high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities: *Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
*Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu planning and daily operations.
*Ensure consistent presentation and quality in all food served.
*Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times.
*Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and minimize waste.
