Complex Lead Nurse
£55,000 per annum + Comprehensive Benefits
Camberley, Surrey
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours
HCR has partnered with an award-winning provider who is looking for a Complex Lead Nurse to join their team. The lead nurse will ensure quality and compliance are maintained to high standards throughout the team and guide nursing staff to improve clinical practice and outcomes.
Complex Lead NurseKey Responsibilities:
*The Complex Lead Nurse will oversee care standards, clinical audits, and individualised care planning.
*Work with nursing teams, providing training, support, and guidance to promote best practices.
*Lead the clinical compliance, ensuring all practices meet CQC and MCA standards.
*The Complex Lead Nurse will also support nurses in their revalidation, skill development, and overall growth.
Complex Lead Nurse Requirements:
*The Complex Lead Nurse must be RGN/RMN with active NMC registration.
*Minimum of 2 years in a clinical role, specifically with complex neurological care.
*Strong understanding of CQC, MCA, and best practice guidelines.
